Chicago's No. Ten Lofts are a unique condo development in the West Loop. The attractive brick mid-rise, with beautiful views of the Chicago skyline, was first occupied in 2006 and features six floors of urban courtyard lofts, with a total of 266 units available. No. Ten is perfectly located at 1040 W. Adams, which allows access to an endless variety of nearby shopping, dining and entertainment.

While there are six individual floor plans to choose from, all residents are provided the luxury of high ceilings, private balconies, hardwood floors and skylights. Units are available with up to three bedrooms (studios are also available) and range in size from 800 up to 1155 sq. ft. Each is pre-equipped with a washer and dryer and features a full-size kitchen with a complete line of appliances, including refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave.

No. Ten's location in the West Loop, and very near Greektown, couldn't be more ideal. The nearest CTA Blue Line is a short four blocks away, a host of ethnic restaurants and traditional bakeries line nearby Halstead Street (approximately five blocks away), and retail shops of every variety, including clothing, furniture, art and cell phones encircle the area. Plus, when it's time to have a little fun, there are art galleries, theaters, bars and billiards galore.

Though primary public schools require a short drive, there are several smaller schools in the immediate area, including Lexington College, the Intercultural Montessori school, Skinner West Elementary and the Chicago Virtual Charter School. Only a mile-and-a-half away is the University of Illinois, and the Chicago-Kent College of Law lies less than a mile to the east.

Just two blocks away is one of No. Ten's loveliest feature - the welcoming Adams and Sangamon Park. After opened in 2010 just west of Willis Tower, the park became an instant delight to residents of every age. Visitors can wander through geometric steel “arches,” which spout gentle clouds of mist, or take their four-legged friends to the pet area, with uncommon techno touches like the water bowl that automatically refills itself. Elsewhere, the child's play area features bright red, custom-built equipment, and seating is casually scattered throughout.
